I am so proud of My son Arif, his wife Jade and My Loving wife Gail creating and developing an organization to move forward given the current and present situation in this nation!!!

Race is a synonym for “white culture”, white collective privilege, entitlements and benefits are closed for only white people!!! You are white or You are not white!!! What does it mean to honor Your personal oath and affirm Your African ancestry in a white European environment??? How do You resist the pain and trauma of *whiteness*??? With Brave individuals there is always a remedy for oppression!!!

It is PACE, a Seattle-founded nonprofit that seeks to elevate the quality of life of people of African ancestry across the globe. Our mission is to counter this system’s negative impact by amplifying the works of like-minded individuals and organizations. PACE unifies collaborative effort through ideology, alignments and community focused organizations.

We grow closer to our shared ancestral identity when We {re} discover the spiritualities, languages, aesthetics, intellectual and artistic contributions of Our origins. In order to correct the commonly excepted narrative of people of African heritages, We commit to mindfully removing Euro-centric language from the way We self-identify and relate to one another. We must bring a halt of the immediate cultural erosion and the appropriation of our traditions birthed out of our trauma.

We call all members of our community to identify their individual gifts and use their strengths to contribute to our collective goal of liberation. The global African community is a beautiful tapestry of subcultures, practices, and belief systems. We commit to the celebrating and multiplicity of our people by the rejecting monolithic thinking and rooting our work in mutual respect, love and loyalty to our collective freedom.
