Where is My Mule?

 General William Tecumseh Sherman issue special Field Order  # 15 in January 18 65 reserved and set aside for Negroes Head of Household 40 acres, as many as 400,000 acres and 400,000  Slaves were provided for!!!  President Andrew Johnson rescinded Sherman‘s Field Order # 15!!!

This, given My understanding was the beginning of the 1800’s “Making America Great”; “The Birth of a Nation” Reconstruction, Jim Crow and Peonage for 100 years!!!

The Civil Rights Act 1964 prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations, ending discrimination in employment, ensuring non-discrimination in federal funded programs, prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin has been an attempt to address some of Our struggles!!!

The possible opportunity after a 100 years to move toward Freedom, Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness is available, the most darkness seems to be upon this Nation given the present circumstances!!!

The United States of America Constitution is the “supreme law” of the land, defining the structure and the power of government and outlining the rights of its citizens.  What does due process, equal protection, habeas corpus really mean? They are illusions, the existential reality contradicts the Myth!!!

When there is no Law, what does Unlawful mean? What is Martial law? Macbethian “sound and fury, Babbles of an idiot signifying nothing”; So this is where this Nation is now!!! There are no voices of concern!!!

A Criminal rounding up Criminals, the American Way the nation was established by  Criminals!!!  There is No LEGAL SYSTEM!!! There is a systematic approach to control behavior based on rules, regulations, codes and statues; all Sub Modo “subject to change and qualification”!!!
